 "Second Saturday Art Openings" held on the second Saturday of each month from March through October, from 6:30pm till 9:00pm. Featuring an abundance of local and International art.

"Columbia Street Block Party" held on the last Friday of each month from March though October, from 6:30pm till 9:00pm. Featuring classic cars which align several city blocks on Columbia Street.
